Under the direction of Rodrigo Sepúlveda , this film provides a historical insight into ambition and sacrifice in 1940s New York. The narrative dismantles the sporting epic of Arturo Godoy (Marko Zaror) and the Broadway dreams of Leda Urbinati (Fiorella Bottaioli), injecting a dangerous love triangle when a charismatic promoter (Benjamín Vicuña) tests their loyalties; it is a delivery of drama and realism where the ring and the stage merge, forcing the viewer to process whether the "American Dream" is an attainable asset or an emotional autopsy of what we leave behind when we cross the border.
