How to Download

Your step-by-step guide to accessing your Vault content.

Step 1

■ Check Your Email

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from Moviefy Private Vault. Look for the subject line: "Access your content for order #XXXX". Check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

■ Open the Email & Click "Click to Access"

Open the email. You will see the Moviefy logo, a confirmation message, your title, and a gold "Click to Access" button. Click it — it will take you directly to your personal download page.

Step 2 - Open the email and click Click to Access
Step 3

■ Hit the Download Button

On your download page you will see your order details and your file listed. Click the yellow "Download" button on the right to save your content to your device. That's it — enjoy your title. 🎬

  • Didn't receive the email? Check your spam or promotions folder.
  • Download link expired? Reply to your order confirmation email and we'll send a new one within 24 hours.
