American Summer (2026) — Nostalgia, Baseball, Firsts

SOME SUMMERS LAST FOREVER.

His first love. His first job.
The summer he never left behind.

Now in his sixties, Mikey returns in memory to a childhood summer filled with possibility: Kelly, the girl of his dreams; a place on the travel baseball team; and his first steps toward growing up. But beneath every bright new beginning is the uncertainty of a father missing overseas on a military mission.

Everything was beginning. Someone was still missing.

A warm, bittersweet journey through the small moments that become the memories of a lifetime.
